Sales and Delivery Terms

General
These sales and delivery terms apply to purchases of goods on aahshop.dk.
To shop on aahshop.dk you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid payment card accepted by Aahshop.

Aahshop.dk is operated by je.dk A/S, CVR no. 25438621.

When you purchase goods on aahshop.dk, you accept these terms and are therefore obliged to review them carefully before ordering on aahshop.dk.

Conclusion of the Agreement
When you have placed an order on aahshop.dk, you will automatically receive an email showing which items you have ordered. This email is only an electronic receipt confirming that aahshop.dk has received your order; a legally binding agreement has not yet been concluded between you and Aahshop.

Prices
Prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT.

Prices are exclusive of delivery costs.

Shipping to a GLS Parcel Shop: DKK 59 per order.
Orders over DKK 799 are delivered free of charge throughout Denmark.

Payment and Delivery
We accept payment by Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JBC.
The amount is charged when the order is dispatched. If there are insufficient funds on your card, Aahshop reserves the right to cancel your order. If this happens, you will be informed.

Orders are dispatched 1–2 business days after ordering. Items with personalisation (own name) are dispatched 2–4 business days after ordering. In some cases there may be a longer delivery time, e.g. for backorders. Should this occur, we will contact you by phone or email.

We ship all orders with GLS and deliver throughout Denmark.

Order Cancellation
As long as the order has not been packed and dispatched, you can cancel it by contacting us on 73111719.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you or a person you designate obtains physical possession of the goods. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
You do not have a right of withdrawal for personalised products, i.e. products printed with a player’s name, your own name, or a number. The right of withdrawal lapses at the time we begin printing the item, pursuant to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(3).

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw by notifying us that you wish to do so. For example, you can send a letter or email stating that you withdraw to:

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice before the deadline expires.

Sale / Price Reductions
If an item is reduced in connection with an offer and you ordered the item less than 48 hours before the start of the offer, we will refund the difference if you contact customer service and provide your order number.

Returning the Item and Return Costs
If you have withdrawn from the purchase, you must send the item to us at the address below without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us that you wish to withdraw. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14 days have expired. Items cannot be sent cash on delivery, without home delivery, and must not be sent via DAO. You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself.

It is not possible to exchange items purchased in the webshop. If you want a different item, please return the purchased item for a refund and then place a new order in the webshop.

Refund of the Purchase Amount
When you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs. Any delivery costs will only be refunded if you return the entire order.
We refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice or order confirmation, or clearly include a note with your details including the order number, to help us process your return quickly.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You may normally examine the item as you would in a store, but you may not put it into actual use. If you have used it in a way that is not permitted in a store and we cannot resell it—or cannot sell it at full price—you should expect us to deduct the depreciation from the amount to be refunded. If the item no longer has any commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount. You must return the item in the original packaging.

Please also ensure that the item is securely packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, ask for and keep the postal receipt and the track & trace number.

Claims (Defects)
If you purchase an item and it has a defect—e.g. a material or manufacturing fault—the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. You may complain about defects within 24 months from the time of delivery by returning the item to:

Please describe the problem as precisely as possible. This is not a requirement, but it helps us find the fault and reduces the processing time for the claim. Please also include your original order number and contact details.

If the claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and that you must obtain a receipt for dispatch. Keep the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track & trace number.

You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. You must also stop using the product once a defect is found so that we can assess the claim correctly.

Reservations
Aahshop.dk reserves the right for price and text errors, technical errors, sold-out items, and force majeure.
